Not bad Im still learning and using ur tips just wish my guys would get more pressure what plays from 3-4 are good to go with Nickel so I have more options and what about when the offense comes out in 2 RB 1 TE 1 WR Im not really sure what to call there either Ive been going with MLB CROSS FIRE AND TRIO SKY ZONE! Im gonna say it now in my Test Dynasty Bray is looking like a Heisman sleeper haha

I like that 3-4 pinch.. You have both your OLBs blitzing off the edge along with one of your MLBs. It's one of the most basic blitz plays that is used in real life.. It's real good against the run or pass if you are trying to bring pressure.. Use one of the blitzing LBs.. When the CPU comes out in 1 or 2WR sets you should pick a play out of 3-4 to match up with it.. When they come out in 3WR sets you should come out in nickel. That Nickel 2-4-5 overstorm brave is another good play you can add to your defensive scheme..

Ok just got done playing another game this time I was facing much better comp as 12th rank TCU was coming to town. Again it was raining, but this game was exciting.

I had 5 drops to the computers 2
I had 0 pancakes to the computers 16
Computer had 2 sacks against me

So TCU managed to jump out to a 14 point lead before I manage to finally lock them down and get a nice drive together to drive down the field to score. Game sat at that 14-7 score for awhile before I had a beautiful punt that pinned them at the one and my LB Weaver shot a gap as I sent a mad blitz hoping to catch them in the back field and Weaver got through getting me the safety to make it 9-14.

And then we started to slug it out in the rain with me winning the field position game and I was driving and tried to make a bad pass to a guy running a crossing route, but he had already passed me and when I threw it the CB sitting on his back pocket jumped it and it was a pick 6 dropping me to 21-9 and at this point I thought it was over.

But good thing they have to kick the ball off as West my return man filling in for my injured starter made the most of his opportunity as he took it all the way back to make it a 5 point ball game again. So we continued the slugging back and forth as I pushed the field till I had them pinned on the 10. I saw they were coming out with a heavy package so I brought out the 4-4 and tried clogging the holes. The RB wasn't having any of it as he broke a tackle and stumbled through the line and was off to the races, and my safety managed to get there just in time to stop him from scoring, but they had to much room and they scored with just over 6 minutes left in the game. 28-16 them.

I got the ball back knowing I had to go down the field and score and piece by piece I orchestrated a drive that was topped off with a slant to my WR who outraced his man a split the safeties to get into the end zone. So with 5 minutes left I kicked it off and TCU started draining the clock and I forced them into a third and long so they whipped out the screen (which both games only 1 sack has come from a screen, and that was a double screen where both WR were covered). He got the ball to RB, but my safety was there and laid the boom, knocking the ball out and Weaver once again in the right spot at the right time picked it up and took it the distance to give me a 29-28 lead and the 2 point was no good, so I just had to hold on and I did.

Great game, and I will say that TCU's RB didn't want to lose as he broke so many tackles that game on third down or when ever they needed a big play. I had just hoped I could slow him down lol. Him and his back up had 8 broken tackles, but man it felt like more.

Jarodd - i just wanted to let you know ive been using your sliders since last year, and these games are so challenging, and so realistic - it makes the replay value of these games go WAY up for me

i hate the in-game default slider sets, where its Freshman, Varsity, and All-American are easy - while Heisman is ridiculously hard

these sliders give me some great stats, but i have one critique - increase your Quarter Length to 10-12 minutes and add on the Conservative Tempo Adjustment.. I know you probably want shorter games, but with the Conservative Tempo it chews up a max of 25 seconds of game time + play clock..

What's going on man? I didn't know you used my sliders last year. I'm still trying to perfect these but so far the challenge has been good for me.. Post some stats from some of your games when you get a chance. Here is the link to that box score setup.

yeah i used them i believe in last years NCAA / Madden - never really posted in your thread though.. was just looking for a challenge and these stepped up to the task. but i will throw up some box scores
