Re: Charter04's NCAA Football 14 for the 2014 season Sliders

Just finished my 5th game with these. I'll post some stats of average stats soon. I might go to ten games first. All games have been in offline dynasty.

I used a updated roster set.

Arkansas(me)34 ULL(CPU) 14

Arkansas
17 FD's
395 total offense
43-180-4TD's rushing
12-18 for 215 passing
0 turnovers
2 punts 47.5
29:50 TOP
We had 3 sacks

ULL
18 FD's
31-156-1td rushing
22-30 for 174 1 td passing
1 turn over an int.
3 punts for 35.7
They had 2 sacks

My MLB lead everyone in tackles with 10

122 total plays. It was lower because I ran the clock with a ball control offense.

There were 152 total plays in the Miss St v Oklahoma St game I played with the pace much faster.

Re: Charter04's NCAA Football 14 for the 2014 season Sliders

Just decided to get back into NCAA today, and to see this new set was a nice surprise

I played 2 games with the first set in Coach Mode and came up with these.

Toledo (CPU): 19
Ball State (me): 14

TOL-BAL
First Downs: 19-14
Total Offense: 427-495
R-Y-TD: 29-91-0 - 19-28-0
C-A-TD: 29-44-1 - 47-61-2
Pass Yards: 336-467
3rd Down: 6-14 - 8-16
4th Down: 0-1 - 3-5
Turnovers: 0-2
Total Yards: 467-564
TOP: 14:33-27:27

The ridiculous pass attempts seems to be attributed to Toledo running a no-huddle which extended the time spent in game since the clock went much slower without a runoff. I also had a chance to win this game, with 4 seconds to go I threw a hail mary and the reciever caught it at the 1 yard line.

FCS (cpu): 10
UTSA (me): 23

FCS-UTSA
First Downs: 18-21
Total Offense: 338-365
R-Y-TD: 30-15-0 - 47-162-2
C-A-TD: 23-36-1 - 16-26-1
Pass Yards: 323-197
3rd Down: 7-15 - 5-14
4th Down: 0-1 - 2-2
Turnovers: 2-0
Total Yards: 398-409
TOP: 18:32-21:27

So those 2 games played out very differently (in a good way) from each other. The only constant I noticed is that my QB in both games got pressured almost instantly and pretty much only had time to throw checkdowns. Rarely was he able to ever go deep, because WRs never got time to finish their routes. CPU's lineplay was pretty good, but sometimes it felt he got a bit too much time. Then again these samples are from pretty low-tier teams, but I think the line play could possibly be looked at.

I also see you just updated so I'll plug those in and try again
