Hi friend! Congrats on your teams success! TCU has a great team this year saw your name tag figured I'd give credit where it's due.

Honestly, I haven't tested any of these sets for CPU vs CPU. I might work on a set soon and do a new test. Welcome to the thread! Hope you enjoy the set's!

Gonna give these a shot. I've been looking for sliders, but I always felt like the gameplay was either not fun, not realistic, or not difficult enough. I find a lot of the rules here interesting. No play art, No auto strafe, no scouting. All interesting.

I do have a question though. A lower Level team usually at the beginning of the season only has maybe 10-15 players interested in their team. For you, do you still only scout them if their interested? or do you go through your pipelines to try and find people you actually like?

Right on man! These are the best ways to make the game fun. Apologies that these messages are long, but I promise you worth reading. Apologies for slow response haven't been on here in awhile.

Those dynasty rules have made it fun and challenging for me. I find myself at times wanting to pick the best, but knowing that the best will come to me if I go after them. Definitely makes me have an advantage, which will later guarantee me wins and titles. So not being able to go after the best picks in recruitment helps other teams have a higher advantage of depth and talent, which makes the game more competitive as a whole. So only picking recruits from pipeline is the best move and the right stars that meets your caliber. If you have a 3 star school don't pick a 5 stars who's in your pipeline or state. That helps make the game challenging knowing that the best talent is going to other team's maybe even in your same conference. If you got a 4 team going after 4 star players is the move that's if their in your state or pipeline.

What I do to make the game competitive is when I'm recruiting I'll pick only a few that is in my state, or pipeline. I'll wait to scout them at the end of the year so that it doesn't guarantee me to get them, which makes you feel rewarded that you got somebody you was interested in. I've had time's where a 4 star who I thought was coming to my team, but ended up going to a rival of mine. That to me made it challenging and knowing that the next year I would have to play against a recruit I thought was coming before they switched up on our school. Adds some fuel and drama to the entertainment side of life. Not scouting the recruits and just putting them on the board makes it feel more realistic instead of landing 5 5 stars and that feels to much like a fantasy to me.

The sliders are great the real world is probably the best. The other's in my opinion they are fun to play with. I really love the 2nd set that's about defense. I'm about to start a new dynasty now and I think I'm playing with the defensive sliders. It can make it hard at times and you'll feel that anger of wanting to do a "CHEAT PLAY". Everybody wants to do those vertical plays when something isn't going right. To make the game harder if you go with what the coach tells you it creates a better simulation. Sometimes it can make you upset, because why would you call that play? That's a good thing to feel because you see it in real life. Coaches calling the most craziest plays and it just upsets you. I've lost because of that a feel times didn't please me at all. However, picked up a great OC the next year that knew what he was doing in critical moments and you could tell the difference. If you add that with your dynasty rules and recruiting rules. It will make the game fun, but aggravating at time's. You'll feel that feeling of what we feel in real life whenever our team loses. Like the game you know we should win, but all of a sudden it's the 3 quarter you're trailing not having a good day that feeling sucks. However, it's great to feel that in a video game. I hope some of this advice is helpful for you and you enjoy your experience.

Stay blessed and good vibes!

Note: Don't forget to set coach level progression rate to slowest and never level up your coach, oc, and dc. Doing this allows your team to play with no advantages. You already have the advantages you don't need extra. Your opponents will have advantages this way. Also, makes the game scripts challenging and fun. Each game will play different.

quick question I saw you were trying HFA with the slider set, have you seen any improvements or challenge . Or should we just keep it off?

I just got done updating to the 2023 rosters and plugged in your sliders. I had a game and a half vs Purdue. It’s take discipline to keep hitting X at the play call screen.
