For 360, can we now do legit 200 sounds instead of limited to seeing 100 playlists?

Yes!!!!

I know it sounds little and a tad nerdy but I love my custom stadium sounds. This community spent a lot of time (especially you SECElite) and I just want them to work properly.

No. Still only 100 on XBOX...unfortunately.

SECElite, you are streaming your sounds right? Are those who are having the issue streaming or playing them off your XBOX like me?
