Release date on June 28th?

Just to throw my two cents in I live in houston,tx and just called 2 Gamestops..and to no suprise one guy says yeah we will sell it on the 29th and I say hey I thought there was a street date and he says yeah they moved it up but also gave me th eolse well thats what it says in the computer...so I call the next one and he says yeah it ships on the 28th but we cant sell till the 12th becuz of the street date and no one ,well Gamestops wont sell becuz they will get fined but he says Wal Mart might sell it becuz they can get around street dates becuz they have corporate power.so once again nothing learned just have to wait till we get closer to the date I guess
