No. Slow being the default online speed made a lot of unhappy online gamers.

The option allowed everyone to play the game the way they felt was best. And the option should carry over online. i.e. Normal, slow/very slow, and fast lobbies.

I'm surprised too. Every time you turn the game on it says it's checking for tuning files so it's not like it's a big secret. And the CD guys said it only takes those guys about 3 days to test and implement a tuner set which is why they like it more than patches for some issues.

It only says Online Gameplay Tuning though. Has anyone confirmed that these tuner sets will change anything for offline games?

It would make sense to need tuners for Online games because you can't use sliders there.
