I don't restart a game, no matter what happens. In fact losing a star player makes things interesting as the season goes on(IMO), sometimes a young back-up steps it up and makes a bigger impact than that star player might have.

For some reason I never do this in football games but I do in basketball and baseball games. I guess because football is the most "team game" out of the three it doesn't bother me.
