Ok just did she said that its like I was saying it goes out region by region and just because its available to one user doesn't mean its update for the other user.so just keep checking back off and on they update all day she said so eventually we will be able to get it...

No that's where I was confussed.but she did say it has to do with regions and accounts.that's where the "even if one user says they hav e it it doesn't mean that you can access it yet"

Downloading now on PSN. Seems to be working now but i went thru several failed attempts due to connection timeout before it finally started working. Next year i hope they don't kill the early release version till it's ready to downloaded for sure.

Looks like 80 min download time for me. I hope I don't regret this I always sell my games and have not bought NCAA in 3 years but I hope the download version plays smooth, fast and excited I won't have to swapdiscs so cod can stay in the chamber.

Now I can log in but still can't use the store..ill never pre order from psn again I just wanted to play busy the rest of the week..just unbelievable
