Thank you sir. I also remember the gameplay was slow and sluggish without my CPU or you hitting 50%. Might load it up again to see if it's improved.

Have you been able to get roster files into the game? Guessing it needs to go onto the virtual memory card or something?

Yes! This thread has some great info: https://forums.operationsports.com/f...s-project.html

Basically you just need to download the roster file, and inject it into a virtual memory card via MyMC (I think.. this is going off of memory), and then select that memory card in PCSX2. All this is if you're using an emulator, it is possible to use this on an actual PS2 as well. Let me know if you need any more help!

Re: Which one to play?? (finally able to get PS2 emulator playing well)

Three questions if anyone knows:

1)Does anyone know if any of the PS2 versions had the custom conferences option? I might try an emulator to play an old ps2 version if it had custom conferences.

2) Is 2010 the first year custom conferences were available on PS3/x360 systems?

3) What was the last year 1-AA teams were available on ps2? Was it all years?

Thanks

I only know the answers to 1 & 3.

1. No, there were no custom conferences, but you do get conference invites if you do well enough in a smaller conference. AND you can manually modify conferences via guides in this thread .

https://forums.operationsports.com/f...-ps2-ncaa.html

You can only "switch" teams, instead of adding teams to a conference. But, you can switch the PAC-10 with the C-USA (or some other conference with 12 teams) and then add Colorado & Utah to the new PAC conference.

3. I believe all years, at least all years 06 and later.

Fired NCAA 06 up again on PCSX2. Got the graphics working nicely thanks to this threads help. I never played the original of this game, but it just feels like gameplay is a little slow. It doesn't freeze but just feels like the players should move faster. Was it a lot different to the XBox 360/PS3 games?

EDIT: Got it up to normal speed, wow it's a great game. Essentially googled around a bit for info, but my GS was maxing out with the current settings. Followed Antdroid's tips and then lowered native res to x2, and switched from openGL to DirectX11. It really depends on your pc and where you bottleneck is. While my pc is okay, the GPU is 4 years old and the CPU is 7 so there you have it. Happy gaming all!

Try this:
https://www.antdroid.net/2017/01/sin...ts-on.html?m=1

These settings made the game look amazing but still with the old school polygons, however it would freeze and gameplay was slow. I lowered native res to x2 instead of x4 and it's not as crisp but runs nice! Also I used hardware direct x11 instead of OpenGL.

Hope this helps.
