Looks pretty good. Though you should make the jersey style uniform throughout each one. For instance, you have the Utah template on the green jersey, and then Colts-style jersey stripes on the roads. I'd say stick with the Utah one throughout. Also go with a more modern style for the pants.

I chose to make the Hofstra University Jets to add more of a storyline to a dynasty I play on starting to help keep my interest. My idea was that the Jets donated millions of dollars to help the school's programs and in return they would change the logo and team name to the Jets. I chose to make Bill Parcells the coach so that explains the coaching prestige/experience rating being an A+ and I thought that because the Jets would be such a huge part of the school they would become more of a pro factory. Names are all random except for Curtis Martin III the fictional son of Curtis Martin.
