Can you fire your trainer

Once your season ends, the owner screen comes up and tells you if he wants you to stay or if you're fired. If you get fired you have the option to pick a new team or retire. I ended up 5-11 and the owner fired me. I only had two options to choose from... The Raiders or the Cardinals. Ended up choosing the Raiders.

If the owner doesn't fire you, then you still have the option of leaving and finding a new team if any jobs are available.

Well there you have it, thanks. Any way of knowing if there are available jobs if I choose to quit or do I just have to hope I can find a position?
