you have to find those "gems" before the draft, or else it is just a crap shoot. That is what the interviews are for.........I nabbed three 85+ (potential) OL's on the second day

you can't unlock everything.. and it'll always be a crapshoot..

but there are things to look for..

triple 90s for example (90s in dura/physi and size for example)

or my favorite category... LEARNING.. high learning=steal

but yea.. even if you unlock it and can make good choices which i do..

it still boils down to..

who do you pick? A B C D if everything is equal...

my problem is i want them all, LOL i see that clock ticking under 1 minute and i'm like ohhh crap
