man my coaches skills and whatnot are all over the place.
some of my coaches have like an average of 2-3 special skills but lack in others.
since i had an abundance of points in ITO.
i concentrated on phy/intang, but mostly performance and my rb ozzie jones went fool on the bills, heck my d even showed up.
so now i'm 1 game from the end of the season and plan on firing my oc,lbc,olc,qbc,wrc....
heck almost the whole staff. i'm still skepticall on that cause some of my staff have high potentials but their performance is mostly capped at 3.
