The celebrations are a hit or miss. Some times they are really cool and some times it is lame! Also you have to make sure when you check someone you are not hitting them from the back. Glad you are enjoying the game.

The faceoffs you have to swipe the stick. I usually have the stick up and then swipe it down when the ref get ready to drop the puck.

Well I never got it do to no ps3 patch support, maybe if I could have combined it with nba 2k10

Got Fifa instead and loving it and my NHL 10 issue was fixed as my frustration was a tuner issue

I didnt know they could literally change a game from a tuner .

bought this weekend for 19.99...havent played a hockey game since 2k7 for ps2...and while i havent played nhl10, i gotta say i cant see how nhl10 is worth 3 times this game...played a few games and its been pretty fun up to this point...

If your value shopping you really cant go wrong at that price .
I cant believe I found Fifa 10 for $39.99 at target $20 off list so soon as it wasnt a Black Friday deal either .
Im really shocked alot of games go on sale a month or so after release which kind of sucks for those who buy first day

Most in store sale prices are even lower than feebay .

I set up a new custom music list yesterday as I made one REALLY early for NHL 10 and it was really incomplete. I used the one from the EA NHL forum next door for my goal songs and intros and then used Frost's pack for the BIP songs.

It sounds great and I couldn't be more pleased. But with that said, 2K does some weird stuff sometimes and I thought this was funny.

I was in a shootout the other day at home with the Canes. After I deked the goalie out of position, I fired away top shelf and hit the cross bar on a shot that would have won the game.

Immediately, the game started playing "Some guys have all the luck" from my Away goal playlist. I know it makes no sense, and it probably shouldn't have happened, but it was so hilarious and appropriate that I just thought I'd share.

I just wanted to let you guys know I picked this up today at a local target on the clearance rack for $12.48 for the 360 version. For some reason the PS3 version was $24. Happy hunting.
