Could I sue Best Buy for false adverisement?

The original award by the jury was for 8.4 Million U.S. Dollars. The appeals court reduced it to $480,000.

That's correct. But, then it was reduced again. She ended up getting Medical Expenses and Legal Fees. Which McDonald's was willing to pay her Medical Expenses to begin with.

The irony to the case is that this is the same type of women, that I believe would be complaining if the Coffee wasn't hot enough!
