Top 5 Games to Buy for PS3

I am getting at PS3 for Christmas, if I were to purchase 5 games that have either come out or will come out in the next couple of months, what would you suggest?

This is keeping in mind that I have a xbox 360 and already own (which PS3 also has):

Fallout3
Call of Duty4
Call of Duty: World at War
Grand Theft Auto IV
NHL 09
Assassins Creed

MLB 08 The Show (unless you want to wait for 09)

Most people recommend Uncharted... I sold it after a week, but it's definitely a great game. I sold it because I got it the week MGS4 came out, and that obviously occupied all of my gaming time.

If you like online only titles Warhawk is pretty fun and enough people still play it. Also, I'm not into first-person shooters but Resistance 2 is supposed to be pretty good.

besides what others have mentioned: Valkyiria Chronicles
As far as MGS4...I hated it. For me it was a bore fest. Then again I was never a big fan of the series...

Luckily there was a black friday deal that Ratchet and Clank and Casino Royale came with the system for 399. So I can scratch that one off the list.

Is Resistance 2 worth it, I hear mixed reviews with it, but from the previews I saw it looked amazing.

I had Resistance 2 but sold it to my friend. He told me he loves it, and I shouldn't have sold it. But I think I did the right thing...it's really what kind of FPS you like.

I couldn't really get into MGS 4, but alot of people seemed to love it. And while Resistance 2 is a solid FPS, I wasn't compelled to make the purchase after I rented it.
