Resistance: Fall of Man
F1 Championship (most underrated game on PS3, IMO)
Metal Gear Solid 4 (story is great, online not so much)
MLB 08: The Show (if you like baseball)

Those are some damn good exclusives if you ask me.

I just rented this game, and it was the best action-adventure game I have played... the story line is awesome.... it's like watching a movie....
