Got my Class S license. I'm somehow sitting in the top 2 percent on Destiny Tracker for SRL. I've definitely noticed an increase in competition but I managed to get the 3 wins right away for the Class S.

Is SRL sticking around for good?

Last year I played the HELL out of SRL. I was top 1 in ELO...whatever that means. In regular PvP I'm probably top 99% lol.

Just haven't been moved to try it this year. Too many new games out and my backlog is heavy and always growing.

Private matches for SRL are staying. The events are not.

Just completed my S license quest. It took me longer than I expected but thankfully it over. Just gonna grind to rank 5 on my alt, and grind for some loot. The amount of loot dropping is insane. The matches only last 5 mins which makes it even better.

There's two QoL changes that i love with the Dawning update. Greens automatically decrypting to Armor/Weapon parts and they added daily bounties to the Queens Wrath. I already got 2 pieces of Queens gear for my hunter.
I wish it was an official faction though.

Also, got an Ice Breaker after 4 nightfalls too so thats fun.

Now all i need to do is get those SRL shaders. I have to have all the shaders. Except for the Trials ones. I've come to accept that i won't get any Trials stuff. I have a Doctrine with CB anyway.

The SRL shaders are nice. I just can't play anymore of it. I got one of them. I'm also trying to get the Queen's wrath armor it looks awesome. I have two pieces on my Titan but got a duplicate last time.

I know I'm late to the game but I finally pick up the collectors edition of this game. and so far I am having fun. this is so much better then cod. I was stuck on cod being my only shooter then after my falling out I pick up destiny and I am having fun so far. I only play tonight but what I did do was awesome. any tips for a beginner like me?

Not really, just play through the game and have fun. If you like PvP jump into the Crucible, although it's really filled with only tryhards nowadays.
