i actually do have a paypal account setup but when I go there it asks me for something to access the account that I cannot find (i think the original amount of cents deposited to my account is what it's asking). i've called my bank to try to get what they are asking for and since i set the account up like 3 years ago they cannot go back in their records that far to find the answer to it. paypal said i'd have to use another bank account and i don't have one that.

Oh and i just now tried to create a new account but when i enter my bank information it says there is already an account using that bank information. it's so frustrating!!
