Actually, I just asked some people in the office and they all told me to check out Horseshoe Trail, over close to Bailey Cove. Also Tinsel Trail over at Big Spring Park at the intersection of Lowe and Williams Street. Here is a pic of Horseshoe Trail

Now I know how to identify your homes, when I come back to Alabama this Holiday Season.

I live out at Lake Forrest off Zerdt Road, there are a few houses out here that are lit up. If you are looking for lights in the HSV area, I would check out the botanical gardens here.
Yeah, lived in north HSV for about 10 years, then moved to the Madison area two years ago. I've been to the Botanical Gardens, did the walking night a couple weeks ago with the dogs. It's probably been 5 or 6 years, but I remember that Twickenham area was pretty decorated, but I don't go to downtown HSV too much but I might try that Saturday night.

Nice! Yes that was the place, Horseshoe Trail, I was trying to remember from a long time ago. Definitely going to try and find that this weekend.

Very cool, next time you go downtown, let me know and we'll grab a drink.

I was probably at the Botanical Gardens the same night you were since I took my dog. I think it was the Monday before Thanksgiving.

Yep, that was when I was there too. Once you get in there and the people spread out it was a fun night. Seemed kind of crowded at the start as they were funneling people in trying to walk dogs.
