lol well its official then, both rules active starting week 3

JP joined the league, I told him to switch teams but he's not leaving.. he's my slider guy so I knew he was going to get in this league eventually, he's already been following.. he's new to online tho so we'll beat tf out of him the first couple of years until he gets used to how we play but he's a permanent guy

week 3 on the way
