Points from review:
The Good: The full AFL license, with teams, players, and everything else that comes along with it; a few cool gameplay mechanics, such as the telemetry system; some really painful looking hits and tackles.

The Bad: Game can't quite decide whether it wants to be arcade- or simulation-oriented; presentational components are lacking; season mode is pretty barren; there is a pervasive crash bug in the online mode.

WOW. GS gave this game a 6.9, IGN gave it a 8.3, Team XBOX 8.1, and OXM gave it a 7.0. All these reviews are about within more than a little bit of a point off.

We already knew about the presentation was bad, the season mode was bare bones, and that the game looks offense oriented like the real AFL w/sim like elements. So what is the reviewer looking for here?

Of course, Alex Navarro wrote this thing up.

I am going to get this game. The reviews are ok but I am always looking for something new.

Played 4 games online..not 1 crash.....

This game is a steal for $30

Wasn't Alex Navarro the guy who put something in his Madden review which was untrue, got blaster on almost every game site for the mistake, and took out the mistake and reposted the review? I'm thinking it was him, but not sure.
