Thanks for your work Steve.
Do you improve the cathing by taking controll of the receiver?
How does the backpedal and strafe work?
Is it in widescreen so you can see the whole field and play CB?

Thanks again

To tell you the truth, I'm not having issues w/ drops. I have gone into practice mode and caught a few balls manually w/o a problem. Drops happen in the game, but at a realistic pace.

To backpedal you hold the right trigger down and pull back. To strafe you kind of tap the right trigger and move around.

Sorry, don't have it setup like that yet.

thanks for answering my other questions

does the weather have an affect on the game u play? like is it harder to throw in rain and snow then in regular sunshine?

And also when u get hit and throw does the ball lob around like in madden or is it a perfect throw?

thanks

Re: NFL Fever 2004 Beta Impressions

Here are my questions:

1) Is dynasty mode and franchise mode the same thing?

2) Can you select which uniform you want to wear? Like if I was the browns at home could I select to wear white instead of the brown jerseys like they do in real life? If so, then can you do this in franchise mode too without having to edit the uniforms?

3) Do the uniforms get grass stains like in madden?

Re: NFL Fever 2004 Beta Impressions

Creating plays for your playbook is very nicely done. You can select these right at the start.

Pass or Run play??

If it's a pass play, you have the option of "Drop back and pass", "Fake Handoff and Pass", "Rollout left and pass" and "Rollout right and pass".

Then select your formation. Then assign all your skill positions an action, assign a "Primary" and designate the back you want to fake the ball to if you are creating that sort of play.

After you create it, the CPU will simulate it for you. You have no control over that, but you can get a feel for it.

For running plays, you just do the same thing except you assign the RB's and action and assign which one gets the handoff.
