Isn't that more about on the field playing though?

I've always heard the best off the field game is FOF.

Ah, I didn't realize you were looking for a front office type sim...never mind. That said, I do know that SAT has a college game and you do recruiting, run your program etc.

Nothing can come close to OOTP.

BBCF is a great game for college, but just doesn't have the depth. FOF has it's moments but any game where you can lead your team to victory in every single league due to 'tells' in the game is flawed.

OOTP is so simple, 3 ratings for pitchers...5 for batters...yet so complex. A beauty of a game.
