I'd like to be considered and give this a go.

Do team locations have to be US based? If not, can I choose to locate mine in Brisbane or Sydney, Australia? (it would help since I don't know anything about most US cities).

If that's possible, my team option would be:

Brisbane Ravens - Team colours = Green+Red

I don't have photoshop so I'd need assistance with uniform creation.

If I need to choose a US based city then let me know and I'll think one up.

Alright, I'm doing the uniforms today. Also, I'm making the non user controlled teams so if you dont specify a team name and location you'll need to pick one of those. And international teams are fine.

If you don't have Photoshop, you could always try GIMP. It's free, it's mature, and does many of the same things Photoshop does. It's a pretty good program, I use it all the time:
