NHL EHM 2007

Just got this last week. It's pretty awesome and I started up with the Manitoba Moose in the AHL, but I haven't put enough time into it yet.

Is there a good spot to get updated rosters, facepacks and also a way to have the Jets replacing the Thrashers in the NHL?

As far as I can tell, this is the place where they would be. Not sure if anyone has done a Jets roster yet, though.

Grab the Lidas 3.2 DB for now, until 4.0 comes out It's on the front page of the site.

this type of game would be money on those devices!!

I saw a while ago on theblueline site that someone was trying to make an updated version of the game.

I would love a mac version.

I so wish that there were another hockey manager game around like EHM its 5 years old and still the best GM sim around

What do you mean by updated?

If you mean in terms of updated rosters then grab the latest version of the Lidas Rosters by Manimal (v3.2 is the latest version and includes the Jets).

If you mean in terms of changing the start date (as it's locked to 2006), I'm currently working on this as we speak. I've managed to change the start date and am testing that it works for every league (looks like it might not work with the Finnish and Russian leagues but I'm working on it).

I've been working on editing the start date in EHM 2007. I've been able to create my own patch in C++ which allows you to set your own start date (and it doesn't make any changes to the ehm2007.exe file or any other files). It's going very well and I'm even able to add player histories for the 2006/07 season onwards using the Pre Game Editor.

The only difficulty I'm encountering is that the teams in the World Championships are scrambled (the game erroneously selects the first 16 nations of the alphabet). I'm working hard at trying to fix this bug. Fingers crossed!
