Jeff McNeil just got a pitch clock violation because Pete Alonso took too long to get back to first base after a foul ball. Luckily he followed it up with an RBI single

A few shutouts and a few offense filled games so far to kick off the season it seems like.

Red Sox/Orioles game was 10-9 and featured 26 hits…and lasted 3:10. That game is a 4.5 hour game last year.

And Rafael Devers was the first ever victim of the automatic strikeout (and it wasn't even his fault. He was in the batter's box, the pitcher was taking forever and they called the violation on Raffy).
