I can very likely see Rogers throwing a ton of money to host the game in 2018 when the Rogers Centre has grass.
Is it the team or the host city bidding? Isn't it the latter when it comes to the Super Bowl?

The Super Bowl process is so well established already that it's pretty much on a rotational basis though that has been tweaked a bit in recent years. You basically have the Florida locations, Arizona, Dallas and (soon) the California stadiums. As far as I know I think in that instance it's the team owners and the city administrators that make the push for the SB but it's mostly spearheaded by the owner. I know in the case of Dallas getting the SB it was all Jerruh.

When accounts get hacked they're used for ads. I've never seen anyone hacked so they can spread a political agenda or personal beliefs.

lol exactly. But seems like many times some sort of controversial message gets posted on twitter or something, that person would delete it eventually and just say their account got hacked or someone got into their phone or something.

I didn't mean for my post to be absolute. There's exceptions for everything.
