Interesting debate during Jays game.

Neither team has announced their SP tomorrow for gm2 of the doubleheader. Both could wait until last moment to reveal their SP. Which then begs the question, how long do teams have before announcing their SP?

Could they technically just not announce it until the lineup cards are exchanged, giving your opponent 0 time to prep or put in certain hitters into their lineup?

If you think it’s that big of an advantage to hide your starter, use an opener for an inning and then go to your mystery starter in the 2nd inning

Good news is that it's cool.

Bad news, 40,000 fans lined up before 9am for it. I'm not even exaggerating. I did a lap around the stadium, there's literally lineups to get into the line.
