That's also very true. Nash inherited the same team that Steph played with in Phoenix. The only difference is that everyone got older/better.

And Nash does? Who has Nash made better- Dirk? Amare? Those guys are beasts in their own right which is where I was going with the he always has had scorers around him reasoning. Throw Q-Rich into the mix and you've got a squad of 4 potential All-Stars.

When Steve Nash is your PG, all you do is run & gun. There is no defensive strategy whatsoever. You can't say the same thing about these other PGs we're talking about. Nash is overated IMHO.

i know it does, but all you said was that he has good players around him. He left a game due to a concussion(sp?) against the hornets while the suns were leading by around 10-15, and they alomst lost the game.

Okay......

Should we give him the league MVP because of that?

I'd take the Suns starters (minus Nash) over the Knicks starters (minus Steph) any day of the week.

don't forget they also play in the west, and have the best record in the nba. I doubt stephon marbury could get them that far. Plus steve nash could average 25 ppg if he wanted to, just like marbury. The only thing marbury does better is defend.
