With an exception to Durant, Chandler and Aldridge, that is very correct.

In the case of Jay Williams his own stupidity cost him. On the court he played very well his only season.

Turner is a solid #2 pick, just needs to do it night in and night out.

I agree, he still has room to grow. He's one of those guys who can do it all, he's good at everything but not really great in any area.

He could still easily become an all star type player, but even if he doesn't he's still a solid role player for pretty much any team in the league.

Wouldn't consider him a bust yet. I think, he might be a "Consistent 3pt shot" away from being an all-star.

Doesn't help that he gets limited minutes.

Also...bigmen may need time to develop...not everyone is like KG or Howard and can post big numbers quickly.

Thats understandable but I don't hear much about him having a big game. He's very inconsistent from what I see. But in all I don't expect him to be a KG or Howard. And it took time for Howard to develop btw, he didn't jump into the NBA and gave Orlando an immediate impact.Plus my point is Williams is a 2nd pick and he hasn't proven anything I mean he's been ok at best, but even if you were to trade this guy and make him a #2 option on the floor scoring the ball I still don't think he would have that ability to play solid. Hes shooting horrible from the field right now. And your expecting this guy to be in a starting rotation smh. Now I know he's seeing less time on the floor now since Love is back. But he didn't prove anything when he got time on the floor. But one game against GS a team not known for good D. It's either this dude doesn't fit and he needs to be traded or he's just flat out too inconsistent. Which is what I think about him.
