Injuries should be a big deal for anyone interested in running a realistic franchise mode. If not injuries, they should at least have hot/cold streaks, where a player "injured" could be on a cold streak for a while...

I f I remember correctly, Live had good injuries if you simmed--but in game injuries hardly ever happen--I remember this because Kobe got injured in my franchise for 3 months--

thats the point. If you play every game in a season or franchise and dont sim then you wont get any injuries unless you get hit w/ a flagrant or hard foul.

Any type of game that claims to be a simulation has to include in-game injuries. I play nearly every game in a season/franchise and not incurring one injury for a whole year makes it unrealistic for me. You are not forced as GM to make any moves or sacrifice any players to fill a need and it just takes away from the whole experience. Can you imagine playing 10 or 25 seasons in franchise mode without one injury?
