Ben Doesn’t need a 3 point shoot he just needs to play this hard every night. Even though Monroe has missed some shots atleast he isn’t shooting 3s at a low average like Embiid

He needs a jumper though. Playing aggressively is a prerequisite for the playoffs and he can dominate some teams like that but as the post season goes on the more defenses will tighten up to stop him and the physical strain of only being able to bowl towards the rim is going to render him ineffective.
