I GUARANTEE Skip and LeBron and others have spoken off-the-record and Skip is like "look...it's just TV, I get paid millions of dollars for these ridiculous takes, but it's how I get paid. I don't even believe most of the **** I say but people eat it up. And to be honest, if Shannon and I just agreed on every single thing, it'd be boring TV. Have you ever noticed that every topic we discuss we NEVER agree? We're ALWAYS debating? You think that's a coincidence? Nope, that's just how the script is written. That's why I don't know why so many people have a problem with their takes and automatically dismiss them...it's mostly entertainment but that doesn't mean all of their opinions/takes are automatically invalid either even though the Skip/SAS types can go to the extreme at times. I'm genuinely entertained at times by their show and First Take but I wouldn't go to any of them for expert analysis or anything like that.

Because it's trash reality TV. I don't care if you're entertained by it and watch it--do whatever you want with your free time--but it's annoying when they get brought up in quality hoops discussions. We all know why they exist and how they operate but let's just leave them be when it comes to good basketball debates.

If you wanna add your two cents at least read the thread. Cima has been in here literally arguing that LeBron was disrespected because nobody picked the Lakers to win the championship, etc. everything you keep saying nobody is saying has been said in here.

1.) oh hey a lie. Thank you for proving my point for me. You can go through my posts and see where I clown other players all the time for any and everything if I see fit. But again it’s not me saying anything bad about LeBron so you keep it pushing and then pretend like all I do is rip LeBron during mess like this.
