Even if it does have something to do with self defence there is no need to strike a women with a closed fist. There is plenty of other methods to defending yourself if he was attack by his wife. If I was her I would be pretty careful. There was another football player who lived in a city called Brentwood and we all know how that played out.

Sucks for Tennessee fans, the thing is in addition to cutting this guy they may have to cut Derrick Mason as well to break even with the cap.

Very disapointed hopefully he and his wife will work something out, whats done is done, but in the article it said he turned himself in so he probably realized what he did was wrong.

Those are the instances where I would have no problem punching a woman in the face. If she's about to take my life, I'm not holding back no matter what the gender is.
