I think I'm taking this back. With the Eagles running the ball more, it seems Westbrook has become a better runner. Looks like his vision has improved and he's stopped dancing alot. He's not Tiki yet, but he's closer than when the season started.

The bottom line is, that is why the Eagles look better with Garcia.

They run the the ball more, thus making them more difficult to defend.
