Steelers @ Panthers

Steelers up 34-3.

Santonio Holmes muffed the punt and Carolina recovered. However, Carolina was flagged for having their gunner run out of bounds then back in so they had to punt again. Well, they punt it and this time Holmes runs it back 65 yards for the TD.

Re: Steelers @ Panthers

that kind of day for Carolina huh?

I don't know what the heck happened to this team. They were supposed to be SB bound by the way the "experts" were going on about them. I wonder if Fox is in danger of losing his job?

Re: Steelers @ Panthers

The Steelers are starting to play well. Holmes is starting to show why he was the 1st round draft pick and the defense has been very good recently. Parker has been a force and Ben has done well when he's had time to throw.

Unfortunately, it's just going to be too little too late. There's still a mathematical chance, but it's about as slim as it can get.

He better be. Him and the rest of the coaching staff. People are going to be calling for heads tomorrow on Primetime.

Today marks the first time I have refused tickets to an NFL game.

Makes you even more angry at those rash of games they just gave away early on.....oh well, that's how it goes sometimes.

I'm really liking Smith at safety, the kid can hit like a truck, and has a knack for picks.

I didn't see the game, as I was heading back east from Salisbury on I-85.. But I listened to the game on the radio, and I've never heard Eugene Robinson and the rest of them sound so dejected and downcast...

And I doubt you'll hear any Panther fans call Primetime tomorrow... You probably will hear more from Cowboy and Steeler fans (especially that Steeler Mark idiot) on his show. For some reason, I've gotten a little tired of Packer's show, especially since he picked up that Columbia affiliate... I'll listen to the ranting on the Morning Sports Page, then call it a day. Fox should be fine, but the assistants need an overhaul... Our D hasn't been the same since Del Rio left to coach Jacksonville, and Henning? The less said, the better.

i went but we left in the 3rd quarter. i was the first one to leave though so maybe the fans are becoming more loyal. the 2 sections closest to me were giving me crap but i just announced that this is the first time i have ever left the game with any less then 5 minutes left in the 4th quarter and that if they still tought the panthers had a shot then they were crazy.
