imo, they should invent a stat for CBs for "passes caught against" or something like that, and "TDs caught against". I guarantee you that Newman would be among the league leaders in both categories. You can easily count on one hand the amount of TDs Newman has given up in the past two seasons.
Or perhaps percentage of passes completed against...Who knows...

They put too much stock into INT's and PD, that's for sure. Lito has been solid this year, but hardly Pro Bowl material.

That's a good idea. Because it takes into effect the number of passes thrown your way, and the percentage that they are caught. I also think the TDs against is a good idea as well.

Cornerback stats are tracked, but that kind of information is available to coaches mostly.

I think Football outsiders, and KC Joyner each release publications at the end of the season which include those type of stats.
