You think High School football is that relevant? I guess it depends on your geographic location but I'd honestly watch some 2 bit league over HS football.

It's huge in Ohio, huge in Texas, huge in other states I'm sure.

What are your core football fans? Teenagers through young adults, especially for a new league. Teenagers into football, do what on Friday nights?

the only reason that's true even today is because the others have been poorly run and managed. If they can get a decent league up and running and do all the right things, it could be good.

However, since the NFL is the only big professional football league in the US, any new league has crazy expectations. The XFL could have been good, but they tried to hard to do something stupid, so it folded in one year. You aren't going to beat the NFL, or even get close in one year.

You eliminate the entire high school demographic, the vast majority of the 18-30 group, and a lot of parents go to their kid's games.
