Derek freaking Anderson

In just one start this year.....

Derek Anderson has completed 61 percent of his passes for 328 yards, 5 touchdowns, and one interception.

With one full game under his belt, Anderson looks more and more like the Browns QB of the future. Time to ditch that stiff Quinn

I watched today thinking I'd actually rather have Anderson than Tony Romo for the future of my franchise, and I really like Romo as a player. Anderson was more elusive in the pocket, had a quicker release, and every bit as strong an arm. In fact, Anderson had more zip on his throws than Romo.

This has made the season for me as a Browns fan.

Re: Derek freaking Anderson

Curious, but why are we comparing Derek Anderson to Tony Romo? Was there some sort of Anderson vs. Romo debate I slept through?

And to think, this kid was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens and sat behind Kyle friggin Boller A Ravens QB has never put up the numbers on the Bengals that he has.

Re: Derek freaking Anderson

Anderson > Romo indeed. At least Anderson doesn't have that stupid look on his face all the time.
