I'll have my fried chicken about twice a month or once a month but not much more than that. I think those guys I worked with took the taste a chicken outta me. These guys were hitting it like 2 to 3 times a week. I can't eat that much chicken man. I'm sorry. Let me get a steak, or some linguine alfredo or some veal francese or some prime rib or something. Variety is the spice of life.

Very good. But I find it's prepared differently in different areas. Some places have it very "vinegary" other places more gravy like. Funny thing with Ox tails is they used to cost nothing now they are high as a kite.

On a side note, I love fried chicken. They just opened a Bojangles about 10 minutes from my house. Tried it out the other night for the first time, pretty good stuff.
