Report: Parcells fires Mueller, to meet with Cameron Tuesday

Good maybe Cameron can come back and save the SD offense and Phillip Rivers from Norv Turner.

Don't you think he'd lose a lot of credibility after being the head coach of a 1-15 team?

Personally this isn't news to me. Parcells is going to quickly put his fingerprints all over this team.

Well look at what he inherited, I'm not sure any other coach could have done much better in the same situation. Mueller was the one in charge of personnel aka Porter, Ginn and Beck.

Ginn has shown flashes. (not much but it's there)

Porter would've worked better if Cameron wasn't such a bonehead and changed his position on the field.

I can't defend the Beck thing. That was a colossally stupid move there.

What about the same credibility he gained after guiding the highest scoring offense in the league to a 14-2 season?
