Shaun Rogers trade to Cincy UN-done??

www.rotoworld.com - The Lions' trade of DT Shaun Rogers to the Bengals has been called off.

The deal was considered consummated by about every media keeping track, including Bengals.com. However, the Lions are reportedly now trying to deal Rogers to another team. It could be the Broncos or most likely the Bills, who cut starting DT Larry Tripplett in a surprise move Friday afternoon.

Figured we wouldn't get that lucky.

Goodell probably called Millen to tell him that if he was going to get fleeced atleast get fleeced by a flag ship franchise.

You can't kill Millen. Where would all the off-season comedy come from?

I bet they bury him in a track suit though.

SAME STATE, DIFFERENT TEAM?

On Friday, the Detroit Lions agreed to trade defensive tackle Shaun Rogers to the Cincinnati Bengals. The trade somehow fell through.

Now, Rogers could still be coming to Ohio. But as a member of the Browns.

Nicholas Cotsonika of the Detroit Free Press, citing an unnamed source, reports that the Lions are working on a deal with Cleveland.

Earlier on Friday, the Browns sent a second-round pick to the Packers for defensive tackle Corey Williams.

But the Browns just got rid of a fat out of shape D-tackle in Ted Washington.
