mgo makes a good point though. I hope he can get past the turf toe... both feet, talk about bad luck. Same with Oden, since you brought him up. He had some injury red flags before getting drafted and so far they've been nothing but true. I hope he can get past it all.

Raiders and Lions are in the same boat. The organization is so misguided that its hard to even evaluate the talent of the players. Look at all of Detroits 1st rounders over the last 8 years. They are all "Busts" with the exception of maybe Roy Williams and Calvin Johnson, but even those guys have put up marginal stats. Once they fail for their 1st few years, they fail for thei career.

Maybe all these busts would have failed if their careers started elsewhere, but foer some reason I doubt it. I think they got screwed. They were too good for their own good and got drafted high by a bunch of clowns.
