Ed Werder better watch himself. First TO outed him several weeks ago on national TV no less. Now he's reporting this Pacman story and Pac is threatening to sue.

Either Ed will come out looking like the greatest gumshoe reporter of his time, or ESPN will say hes not worth the trouble.

I'm not sure of his contract or how the laws work, but ESPN could be liable too. He was on ESPN radio in Dallas during the TO stuff and he said he had the story for over a week already and had to run it by his superiors and everything.
