His 3-4/4-3 probably has a better fit for the Broncos(I'm assuming)then it would for us.

If we hire McDermott, I don't think our scheme would change drastically(other than extra blitzing)whereas we would pretty much eventually have to re-shape the D if we brought in Nolan.

Lol you know your defense is bad when going 3-4 or 4-3 doesnt matter, it just needs to be fixed. Atleast 50% of the starters I'd expect to be new. We've changed so much that no one knows what to do anymore

I think he's got the better chance of being moved instead of traded. We still have a 'rookie' in Carlton Powell, not sure what his status is with the achilles injury
