I know the guy doesn't have a lot of credibility around here. But here is his first mock. It's only 1-16 insiders can get the other half. If nothing else it's good for discussion. He has San Diego at 16 taking Knowshon Moreno. I thought that was interesting that 16 in his eyes would be the first RB taken. It is pretty heavy on the defensive side of the ball.

So I looked at the rest and one thing caught my eye. His 3rd QB taken is Josh Freemen of Kansas State. Won't say where in case that is against the TOS but he has Freeman as a 1st round QB.

I would hope Oakland wouldn't pass over Eugene Monroe.

Anyone tell Kiper the Packers just went to a 3-4?

Thompson was scouting LB's and DL at the North/South practices.

I seriously doubt we'll take Jenkins but with Ted Thompson as GM, I would not be surprised.

Although I have heard some rumblings that Al Harris' days here are numbered and that may be the only reason why he has Jenkins projected at 9th.

Don Banks has also posted his first mock of the year. There seems to be more rational thinking in his. The Chief under Pioli less inclined to take a QB given his ability to find NFL caliber guys in later rounds when another OT could help them as well. (But he still has them taking Stafford.)
