Actually NO. It's the judges discression weather to reduce or increase payments. If your deemed to be irrsponsible or wreckless then chances are no, payments wont be reduced. Cromarte fall into both those categories. Ive witnessed a judge tell a guy in court "too bad, get a second job. Those kids didn't asked to be born".
