They changed in 1996. I said they didn't have a winning season from 1983 to 1996, at which point they changed uniforms. The uniform dates back to the founding of the team I believe, in 1976. While not the greatest looking uni's I do like it when teams wear the throw-backs especially when seen in modern fabrics, fitting & equipment. It gives them a whole new look.

Actually didn't they change in 1997, Warrick Dunn's rookie year?

Yep it was '97 as I have a couple games from '96 and they wore the creamsciles.

My mistake, 97 :-) I couldn't remember if it was before the 96 season or after the 96 season. Whole bunch of teams changed jerseys right around that time.

This is what people are forgetting. Obviously, the colors are pretty much the same, but now it's going to "shine" a bit more. Back in the day, it was more pasty looking with the type of material that was used. I think they'll look good. Can't please everyone with a gaudy color like that, though.
