Hey, one day...
No. Not always. Just last year only.

I'm not a Texans fan and of the teams I pay attention to, they aren't one of them, so I'll trust you on that one. I just know a few people in my fantasy draft that have been picking them as a sleeper team for longer than just last year.

Either way, tough start after the finish they had last year.

Exactly. Matt didn't have much to do with the loss for me, sure everyone here is going to blame him though.

No one did anything positive on offense, the entire offensive side of the ball should be put on notice as far as i'm concerned. We should have run more screen plays for Slaton and Johnson, maybe even two TE sets with Casey and Daniels. Jets kept blitzing and we never once made them pay for it.

Re: Jets vs Texans

Great game. Love how much pressure the defense got on Schaub. I never saw that much pressure from the defense while Mangini was coach. Harris and Scott were in Schaub's face all day. Gholston didn't do anything though, he got ate up by Duane Brown pretty much the entire game.

Sanchez looked great for a rookie QB, especially on third downs. Running game did struggle most of the game though aside from the 2 big runs that Jones broke at the end of the game.

What was lost in all this. Revis put the shackles on Andre all game.. its time to start taking him serious if you havent already.

Yeah, he did. Johnson only had 4 catches and on 2 of them it wasn't Revis covering him. He's up among the elite CB's in the game.

Exactly. I was high on Revis already, but this just surprised me. Andre Johnson is one of the top receivers in the game, and I didn't see him all day.

Re: Jets vs Texans

I'm sorry, I don't really agree on one guy stopping Andre Johnson. I think it had more to do with Schaub not having enough time to throw to ANYONE on the offense, it's not like Daniels or Davis or anyone else did anything on offense. Just a great defensive game by the Jets.
